Second Line IT Technician (Managed Services)
Founded in 1993, we are a small company who specialise in providing IT solutions and support to small and medium sized businesses across the East Midlands.
As a Second Line Technician, you will be dealing with some of the I.T issues raised by our customers or our Kaseya monitoring system. It is important in this role that you are able to resolve or escalate issues showing professionalism, knowledge and confidence to meet customer expectations. You should already have the skills and experience of a First and Second Line Helpdesk Technician.
For the right candidate, there is a clear scope for progression within the company to Third Line and Projects level.
The successful candidate will be working with SME customers either as part of a small team or alone. This will be a mix of remote working from our offices near Market Harborough, and field based visits.
You must be able to commute to our office just outside Market Harborough, and hold a full, valid U.K driving licence as you will be required to drive company vehicles when travelling to client premises.
Candidates will ideally have Second Line Support experience of some of the following, ideally from a Managed Services background:
Windows Server 2008-2019
Windows 7-10 Workstations
Configuration of mobile devices
HP or Dell servers
